Home ownership the ultimate aphrodisiac

More than a third of women and 18% of men said they would much rather date a homeowner than a renter. 62% of both sexes prefer dating singles who live alone. Well it seems that  home ownership is definitely an  aphrodisiac for both sexes when it comes to dating.

The singles that face the most difficulty dating are those that live back with their parents in their childhood homes .  Less than 5% of all singles surveyed said they would date someone living in their childhood homes. Read the full article on CNNMONEY
