A Significant Sale in Cresskill NJ

208 Truman Drive Cresskill – Sold for $3,000,000

The Cresskill market has been rather sluggish this year with only 46 sold properties as of the end of August 2012.

The high end market was even more lackluster  with only 8 properties selling for over $1 million and of these eight, only 2 properties that sold for $3 million .

The most recent sale is that of 208 Truman Drive which was  listed by Anat Eisenberg of Prominent Properties Sotheby’s in  May 2011 for $3,495,000 and went Under Contract in June 2012.  The selling price of $3,000,000 marks a reduction of  14% of the asking price.
