With Six months of intense activity Tenafly residential sales remain very strong. The major difference from June of last year  is the fact that only 3 homes sold this year for over 1$ million whereas 6 homes sold last June.  This fact of course is reflected in a lower average sold price and a lower general sales volume.  Homes in the $600,000 to $900,000 bracket are where most of the sales are and make up close to 60% of the sales this month .

• Homes sold faster this June with an average of  93 Days vs 120 days last June
• The average Sold price this June  is $814,221 vs $974,040 in  June of 2012
